ENTREPRENEURIAL PROGRAMMING
The City of Anderson Economic Development Division operates an entrepreneurial space for a variety of programming. This is one of the division’s primary efforts to promote business development in the City of Anderson. These programs are available to start-up or existing businesses and even students to promote successful entrepreneurship in our community.

The Brew
Build Your Own Business

Y.E.A
The Brew happens weekly on Wednesday mornings at 8am. This event is free and open to the public.
Every Wednesday morning, one or two entrepreneurs will present their businesses to an audience of mentors, advisers and other entrepreneurs. Each entrepreneur will present for six minutes, followed by a 20-minute question-and-answer session with the audience.
The program offers an opportunity to explain any hardships or challenges you're trying to work through. Not getting enough foot traffic? Not sure how to market your small business effectively? Needing advice on accounting or legal issues? This is the place to engage with a community that wants to engage and assist.
The City of Anderson is excited to present the year long series BYOB “Build Your Own Business”
This program is designed to equip you with the information, skills, and resources needed to create a successful business.
